“Michael, This is long overdue, but it took a few days to get back to normal and catch up on email. I just wanted to send you a million thanks for your work at the reception! When Kelly and I were on our way to meet with you the first time, we had a dollar figure in mind that was “the most we could spend”.
However, after seeing your presentation, we had to rethink. We knew that the “DJ” is a key ingredient to a successful wedding reception. We discussed this as a family and agreed that you were what we were looking for, due to the fact that the wedding was on a Sunday, which is a work and school day.
Obviously, most guests would be checking their watches looking for the best time to escape as early as possible. You provided what Kelly & Jeremy needed for a wonderful wedding reception! Jeremy and Kelly
From the very first moment I met with Chad & Amy I knew that they had the qualities necessary for making a lasting commitment and a lifelong marriage. The spark they had for one another surpassed superficial boundaries. I was honored that they had chosen me as their Tucson wedding DJ and meeting their families only confirmed everything that I had seen and felt when we first met, as they had already developed mutual respect and very tight bonds. All they really needed at this point was a place, a time, and an awesome celebration to solidify what they already knew in their hearts.
Their wedding was to be held in Tucson at the base of Mt. Lemmon and as I listened to Chad & Amy share their story I knew that their celebration would have to transcend “typical”. Their interesting courtship along with Chad’s very unique proposal to Amy had the wheels in my mind turning to find ways in which to share that energy and excitement with their guests.
Every couple I meet with will often have me stepping into new territory, but as their Disc Jockey, Chad & Amy had me pushing the limits. In order to capture their unique love story I had to create a grand entrance for them that incorporated 21 audio clips that would need to be played at precise moments in order to create the dramatic effect that I had envisioned for them. And to make it even more exciting, Chad & Amy would experience their untold story for the very first time along with their guests. I appreciate their faith and trust in allowing me to do that for them.
Their celebration overlooked the city lights of Tucson and lasted for eight hours, leading me as their DJ to once again to stretch my imagination for ways to keep their guests not just entertained… but personally involved. It was a great time for all and I think most everyone stayed until the very end. I’m grateful that we’ve stayed connected and I look forward to hearing about their new adventures… beyond the celebration.
